We hope that you will be happy with your purchases. However if you change your mind and have an unwanted item we offer a refund or exchange provided goods are returned within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.
If you need to return an item by post please email info@harbourhorology.com for a return confirmation. Items for return should be packaged securely with your name, order details and return confirmation. We recommend returns are sent by a tracked mail service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items once the items are received by us, less any taxes or import duties incurred within 14 days.
Shipping charges (please refer to Delivery page) will not be refunded on returned goods.
